Room was good The night staff at check in - great! The morning staff - worst. He just throw my pancake which I made and I was standing near to him. When I asked him, he didn't even say a sorry. His action was very rude. Also while other guests even when they having breakfast, he is doing his job very rudeway, not giving any reapect for the customers! The hotel is good, the breakfast is good, the room 315 is very spacious. We were 6 peoples, 4 adults 2 kids. It was plenty of space in tge bed for two each. They have sofa bed also available. The room is like a home. Thanks for the hotel, but the guy, he just destroyed my day.
The pool was closed for repair, so that was a bummer. The room had an overwhelming perfume-ish scent when we arrived so I had to leave the door open for a bit while we unloaded our car, but overall it was fine for what we needed. A decent price for a last minute stay since we got into town earlier than we planned. The front desk was very helpful and we were able to get a load of laundry done before going to bed.
Staff was excellent from Christina at the front desk to Alfonso at the breakfast bar. Everyone helpful ,& friendly. Great place to stay!
Not a whole lot of places to park if you have a large vehicle, but the overall experience was quite nice
Quiet remodeled rooms and safe parking around back. There were NO BEDBUGS like a couple of reviews state. Yes, towels need to be newer but they were clean. Bed was exceptioally comfortable and for me, who has major back trouble. Pool not open. Close to good food.
My 9 year old grandson says the room was super comfy with tons of ants in the bathroom tub area and on the table. My four year old says the pool is broken so no swimming today. The continental breakfast was delicious.
It was clean, staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. There is a steakhousenext door, walkable and pretty good. You get a discount if staying at Best Western. I have been coming here for 25+ years as I travel to Chicago area. It has never let us/me down.
Location easy to get to, a few parking options and food nearby. The stay here itself was okay, but I wasn't wowed. Our specific room was oddly smelly, and the tile floor seemed dirty. Towels were so so, bedding too. I didn't complain to the office, we just stayed and went on the next morning. Took breakfast to go. Front desk staff was very welcoming and kind when checking us in and out.
